 he upper floors of the Clubhouse building have been completely renovated to include
unique loft spaces. There are approximately 7 to 9 units per floor with a total of 78
units in the building. All of the tenant spaces are serviced through a dedicated elevator
car accessed through a secure street entrance or from a secure interior door off of the
main floor lobby. Your visitors may alert you to their arrival by calling your loft from
the street entrance intercom. Tenants may provide visitors entrance from door access
controls in their loft space.
You will find several examples of the loft units listed above. Sample floor plans and
interior photos of the spaces are provided. Given the unique construction of the Clubhouse
Lofts, it is very difficult to convey the true character of the building through these few
